Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. We are currently offering Free Ground Shipping promotion when you purchase over $99 of Amerock Products Only and the offer only applies to order shipped via Fedex Ground or FedEx Home Delivery in the Continental United States.

Q: Do you have a Free Shipping Policy?
A: We offer Free Ground Shipping for orders of Amerock & Belwith Products Only, that total over $99 before shipping charges. This offer only applies to orders shipped via Fedex Ground or FedEx Home Delivery within the Continental United States. Delivery address must be a street address as FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: We only charge Sales Tax on orders shipped to a California address.  All other States and Countries are exempt.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, we only ship to Canada via United States Postal Service.  Please select either the Priority Mail International or the Express Mail International service.  Orders with FedEx selected will need to be cancelled and reentered. Free Ground shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Canada.
