You may return products in new, unused, undamaged condition for a full refund less shipping charges and restocking charges within 20 days of the receipt of your order. is not responsible for the return shipping charges. All returned items must be in the original unopened factory packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, when a return lowers the original order price to below $99, shipping charges may be applied to the original order. Refunds are given in the same manner that was used to make the original purchase. Please Contact Us via Email Prior to Returning Any Items.

All Returns Must Have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number obtained from Customer Service via email.  Customer Service will email the RGA along with the proper location to send the Return. Please DO NOT send Packages without obtaining an RGA number. Returns made without an RGA will be refused. is not responsible for returns that are lost while in transit to our company. Insurance on your return is highly recommended. All products that are returned need to be packaged to ensure damage does not occur.  No credit will be issued unless products are received in good resalable condition.  Some returns may need to be sent directly to the Mfg.  Please see the RGA for the correct return address to ship merchandise. Please Contact Us via Email Prior to Returning Any Items. Returns made without an RGA will be refused.

Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and is not a reason to return a product. Please contact us immediately if you have any damage and save the shipping containers.  All shortages and discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of your order.  We will assist you in processing and settling your claim with the carrier.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return to process the credit back to your credit card or Paypal account. Returns sent direct to the Mfg. may take slightly longer to process.

Refused Merchandise - Any standard shipped orders will automatically be charged the cost of shipping.

We offer Free Ground Shipping for orders of Amerock Product that total over $99 before shipping charges  & Belwith Products that total over $99 before shipping charges. Please do not combine Amerock and Belwith orders as they will ship from different locations and each manufactuer must total over $99 for free shipping for that manufactuer. This offer only applies to orders shipped via Fedex/UPS Ground or FedEx/UPS Home Delivery within the Continental United States. Delivery address must be a street address as FedEx/UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.  Free Shipping is Calculated automatically during the Checkout process and No Promotion Code is needed. We reserve the option to change carriers.

We only ship to Canada via United States Postal Service.  Please select either the Priority Mail International or the Express Mail International service.  Orders with FedEx selected will need to be cancelled and reentered. Free Ground shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Canada.

Order Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been added to the shipping queue or shipped by either ourselves or the manufacturer. Typically, most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after they are received. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped or added to the shipping queue by either us or the manufacturer the terms of our returns policy will take effect.  In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.
